Why it exists
When plague is in the news, numbers spread faster than facts. This site keeps the official record in one place, separates what's confirmed from what's only reported, and links every number to its source.
What it isn't
Plague Data is not a health authority and not medical advice. For health guidance, see the World Health Organization, the CDC, or your local health department. If you're worried about symptoms, contact a doctor.
